Unless explicitly stated otherwise, TheLockLab is not an official authorized agent, distributor, or partner of any brand displayed on our website. All brand names, trademarks, product logos, and intellectual property rights remain the sole property of their respective owners. This website uses brand names and product identifiers solely for the purpose of product description and identification.
1.3 Product Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, minor differences in color, size, appearance, or details may exist due to production batches, display device differences, or product updates. The actual physical product shall prevail.
2. Legal Use of Products
2.1 Intended Use
All products sold by TheLockLab are professional-grade tools and equipment intended exclusively for use by licensed professional locksmiths, legal vehicle owners, or properly authorized personnel, and only for lawful purposes.
2.2 Buyer’s Legal Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to fully comply with all local, state, national, and regional laws, regulations, and rules regarding the possession, import, storage, and use of locksmith tools, lock picking equipment, and automotive security devices in their country or jurisdiction.
2.3 Liability Disclaimer for Misuse
TheLockLab shall not be held liable for any illegal use, misuse, improper operation, or criminal activity conducted with our products. All legal consequences, damages, and liabilities arising from the improper or illegal use of our products shall be borne solely by the buyer.
3. Ordering & Payment
3.1 Order Acceptance
Your placed order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is deemed formally accepted only after full payment is confirmed and we send you an official order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or reject any order for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: restricted shipping regions, suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, out-of-stock products, or violation of these terms.
3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

3.3 Bulk Order Terms
- Bulk orders (10 or more units, or total order value of $2000 or more) are eligible for tiered pricing and custom service options.
- A deposit of 30%-50% of the total order value is required to initiate product stocking, preparation, and customization for bulk orders.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full and confirmed before the order is shipped from our warehouse.
- Bulk order deposits are non-refundable if the order is canceled by the buyer after production, stocking, or preparation work has commenced.
3.4 Pricing
All product prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include import duties, taxes, customs fees, or shipping charges, unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been fully paid and confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Global Shipping Coverage
We provide shipping services to over 200 countries and regions worldwide.
- Restricted Regions: We do not ship to Belarus, Cambodia, and Iraq due to regulatory, payment, and import restrictions. If you place an order from a restricted region, we will contact you within 24 business hours to arrange a full refund.
- Remote Area Surcharge: Remote or hard-to-reach locations may incur additional shipping surcharges. If applicable, we will notify you before shipment for confirmation.

4.3 Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after full payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- In-stock items may be shipped the same or next business day.
- Every product undergoes strict functional testing and quality inspection before packaging to ensure product integrity.
4.4 Packaging Standards
- We use reinforced, protective packaging to safeguard precision tools and equipment from damage during transit.
- Fragile components and precision parts are individually wrapped in shock-resistant bubble wrap.
- Bulk orders with a total value over $2000 are eligible for free custom packaging design services upon request.
5. Customs & Import Duties
5.1 Buyer’s Full Responsibility
All matters related to customs clearance and importation are the sole responsibility of the buyer:
- Completing all customs clearance procedures and requirements in the destination country
- Paying all import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other customs-related charges
- Providing any required documentation, permits, licenses, or information to customs authorities
5.2 Order Total Inclusions & Exclusions

❌ Not included in order total: Import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, storage fees, return shipping fees, destruction fees, or any other import-related charges
5.3 Consequences of Clearance Failure
If goods are returned, abandoned, seized, or destroyed due to buyer-side reasons, including but not limited to: refusal to pay duties or taxes, failure to provide required documentation or permits, incorrect import information, or violation of local import regulations, all resulting costs and losses shall be borne solely by the buyer. We reserve the right to deduct all incurred costs from any potential refund.
5.4 Document Assistance
We will provide standard necessary commercial documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents to assist with customs clearance. If you have specific document requirements for your country or region, please contact our logistics team before placing your order.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Website Content Copyright
All content on the TheLockLab website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, product descriptions, layout, videos, and graphics, is the exclusive intellectual property of TheLockLab, protected by international copyright laws and intellectual property regulations.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, display, transmit, or use any of our website content for commercial purposes without our explicit written authorization.
6.2 Brand Trademarks
All brand names, trademarks, service marks, and product identifiers displayed on our website are the property of their respective owners. Use of these marks does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or partnership between TheLockLab and the brand owners.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
7.1 Modifications
- Before your order enters the packaging and processing stage, you may request to add items, update the shipping address, or adjust order details.
- Once an order has been packaged and handed over to the carrier, no modifications, address changes, or adjustments can be made.
7.2 Cancellations
- You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped. Unprocessed orders are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders already in processing or packaging will have all incurred costs deducted from the refund amount.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Bulk order deposits are non-refundable for buyer-initiated cancellations after preparation has commenced.
8. Prohibited Conduct
When using our website and services, you agree not to:
- Use our products for any illegal, unauthorized, or unlawful purpose
- Engage in fraudulent transactions, chargeback fraud, false claims, or malicious ordering
- Scrape, crawl, copy, or extract our website content, data, or product information without our explicit written authorization

- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms of Service

9. Limitation of Liability

The total aggregate liability of TheLockLab, its owners, employees, and affiliates for any claim, loss, or damage arising from your order, use of our products, or use of our website and services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order in question.
9.2 No Indirect Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, business interruption, loss of opportunity, loss of reputation, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or loss caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to: customs inspection delays, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, war, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or carrier failures beyond our reasonable control.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising from or related to these terms, your order, or use of our services shall first be resolved through friendly good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its current arbitration rules. The arbitration award shall be final, binding, and enforceable on both parties.

We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
